After announcing his decision to quit, Maharasthra CM Devendra Fadnavis visited the governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan and handed over his resignation. Senior BJP leader Devendra Pradhan and Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrakant Patil were also present.
